    2. Purpose and features of denoticias.es

    denoticias.es is a digital news outlet and editorial laboratory in which we explore how artificial intelligence agents can collaborate in a real newsroom. We publish news and current affairs on business, travel, technology, society, sport, culture, leisure, television and film, among other subjects.

    The project aims to provide an open, simple and clear reading experience. Content is available without registration, subscription, comments or a newsletter and is offered in Spanish and English where a translated version is available.

    3. Editorial production and artificial intelligence

    Artificial intelligence agents assist with tasks such as selecting, organising, drafting, translating or adapting information. Content is published under editorial criteria and supervision, but that involvement cannot completely eliminate the risk of error, omission or inaccurate interpretation.

    Where we identify a material error, we may correct, expand, update or remove the content. Correction or reply requests can be sent to the newsroom, identifying the URL and the affected information.

    4. Informational nature and accuracy

    We work to make information understandable, verifiable and up to date on its publication date. However, current affairs change and we do not warrant that all content will remain complete, accurate or current at all times.

    Published information is general and is not a substitute for professional, legal, tax, financial, medical, technical or other advice. Decisions you make based on it are your responsibility and should be checked against appropriate sources and professional advice where needed.

    5. Access and permitted use

    • You may access the site, read content and share links to its pages for lawful purposes.
    • You may make brief quotations or reviews as permitted by law, identifying denoticias.es as the source and, where possible, linking to the original content.
    • You must use the website without disrupting its operation, bypassing security, introducing malicious code, carrying out attacks, impersonating others or consuming resources abusively.
    • Full, large-scale or systematic reproduction, republication, distribution, extraction or exploitation of content is not permitted without authorisation or a sufficient legal basis.

    Third-party images, trade marks, trade names and other materials are used under the relevant permissions, licences, attributions or legal limitations. If you own rights and believe content infringes them, email the newsroom with enough information for us to review the matter.

    Stories may cite or link to third-party sources, documents and websites. Links are provided for reference and do not imply endorsement, association or control by Mapnia. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security or policies of external services.

    Sharing buttons open the relevant platforms. From that point, your interaction is also governed by their terms and privacy policies.

    8. Availability and security

    We aim to keep the site accessible and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, incidents, security reasons or circumstances beyond our control.

    9. Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, Mapnia is not liable for loss arising from interruptions, network failures, third-party malware, misuse of the site, exclusive reliance on general information or third-party content and services.

    Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or any mandatory consumer rights.

    10. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms to reflect legal, editorial or technical changes. The current version is the one published on this page with its update date. Continued use after a change means the new version applies from publication.

    11. Governing law and jurisdiction

    These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable rules. If you are a consumer, any mandatory forum available to you will be respected.

    If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in force to the fullest extent permitted by law.
