ubimia® has published its 2025 ESG Report, a document detailing the evolution of its sustainability model and its integration into the corporate strategy. The company, which specialises in technological, data and Artificial Intelligence solutions for the comprehensive management of the credit lifecycle, incorporates environmental, social and governance criteria into its key decisions and operational processes.

The report reflects the company's response to an environment marked by greater regulatory requirements and rising market demand for transparency. During 2025, ubimia® consolidated the integration of ESG as a cross-cutting pillar of its 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, applying it to areas such as technological development, data management and relationships with customers and suppliers.

A specific model for governing Artificial Intelligence

One of the main advances highlighted in the report is the structuring of an Artificial Intelligence governance model. In 2025, the company established an AI Committee and approved internal regulations aligned with the European AI Act.

This framework establishes criteria for control, traceability and oversight of the use of these technologies. In doing so, ubimia® strengthens its internal mechanisms in a context in which Artificial Intelligence regulation and data management have gained increasing importance on the corporate agenda.

AI governance is thus integrated into the company's ESG approach, alongside other areas related to the responsible management of information, technological development and relationships with its various stakeholders.

    Carbon footprint measurement

In the environmental sphere, ubimia® completed the measurement of its carbon footprint across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 for the second consecutive year. The result recorded in 2025 was 136 tonnes of CO2 equivalent (tCO2e).

The company also continues to use 100% renewable electricity and to promote measures related to energy efficiency, process digitalisation and the reduction of travel.

Within the latter area, the Efficient Work (eWork) model helps to reduce emissions associated with mobility, particularly in Scope 3. Organising work with fewer daily journeys forms part of this model's contribution to the company's environmental objectives.

Efficient Work as a social and organisational lever

The eWork model also plays a prominent role in the social dimension of the report. Based on objectives and flexibility, it enables work to be organised with greater autonomy and supports work–life balance.

According to the company, this approach also contributes to attracting and retaining talent and is integrated into its ESG strategy as a cross-cutting tool. Flexibility and a results-oriented approach are thus linked to professional development, equality and internal organisation policies.

The 2025 social indicators include 98% permanent contracts and a turnover rate of 7.7%. Female representation reached 32.5%, a percentage that the company places above the average for the STEM sector in Spain.

ubimia® also continues its involvement in social action programmes in both Spain and Latin America, as part of its social initiatives.

    International certifications and standards

During 2025, the company renewed its ISO 27001 and PCI DSS certifications. These recognitions relate to its information security, control and management frameworks.

Furthermore, ubimia® retained its EcoVadis bronze medal for the third consecutive year and ranked in the 81st percentile globally. The company considers that these results reflect the consolidation of its governance frameworks and their alignment with international standards.

Including these advances in the 2025 ESG Report makes it possible to present, within a single framework, the development of control systems, information management, environmental performance and people-related policies.

    Next steps for 2026

Looking ahead to 2026, ubimia® plans to strengthen its governance capabilities, advance the measurement of ESG impact and consolidate the integration of these criteria throughout its value chain.

The company aligns these objectives with regulatory requirements and market expectations. Its aim is to continue incorporating ESG into decision-making and into the processes affecting technological development, data management, operational activity and relationships with customers and suppliers.

The publication of the report shows the evolution of a model that combines AI governance, environmental measurement, social policies and operational efficiency. In 2025, these elements were linked to the 2026–2030 Strategic Plan and the Efficient Work model as part of ubimia®'s corporate strategy.
